Backseat Air Vents

Air vents from the back seats are blowing hold cold air on one side and hot air on the other. Both temperature controls were turned towards heat. Anyone know how I can correct this or do I need to bring it back to the dealer?

Thanks

Someone round here may have the answer but In My view problems like this should be explained and corrected by the dealer.

If your not close by that can be tough. But when i got my E-53 I wore them folks out with question after question after question. Some of them tried playing dumb and i found out that it wasn't an act but i just kept chippin away the know nothings until i got my questions answered.

Just found out that it happens on my friend's 07 X5 3.0 too (left side air vent from back seat is noticeably cooler than the right side). So I guess it is either a common problem or a design flaw ...
