It is certainly not as comfortable as with 19inch, but still very good. Although some claim the adaptive drive does not make a difference, I feel the opposite.
One thing puzzles me : the dunlop tires are runflats, I wonder if they exist in non-runflat aswell, since this also makes a huge difference...

yep, see also my reply above about the comfort with these wheels. Since you said the comfort is ok with 22inch, I was convinced I should go for 21
22 inch is a wallet braker for me
