how have you optimized your audio equalizer??

i'm wondering what settings people use for their equalizer? any pics of 'optimal' sound or suggestions?

also, does anyone use 'surround' mode or only 'stereo'? it seems stereo sounds better.... i 'think' surround is only simulated, not actually digitally encoded... right?

Thanks for sharing the link genemish, but those settings are for the older model X5. Anyone have them for the new stereo system?

the frequences are the same.. so set accordingly.

but the vehicle speaker system and acoustics are different... so wouldn't there be a different optimal setting? otherwise, couldn't people use these same settings for 'all' vehicles??
