How did you guess that - something to do with my username

Yes I did and loved it to bits, probably would have had another but just fancied a change - even better after a DMS remap

The old man approves !
Picked him up in X5 last night, brought him down to mine swapped in to Q7 to go down to pub (because we could get all 6 of us in Q7!)
Q7 is noiser (wind and tyre - and it is in smaller wheels than mine), engine is nicer in mine and he much prefers the inside of X5 so it's a thumbs up from him and by the way, he is more of an Audi man than I am.
And I have to agree re inside, the Q7 they have lent me I configured on the Audi website this am - it is a £50k car and it really doesn't feel it.

A couple of you asked for some interior pics of my car so here they are now

The full spec of my car is
X5 3.0SD M Sport - SD means same twin turbo engine as in my old 535d
Carbon Black
Black Nevada Leather
Media Pack
20" Style 227 wheel upgrade
Reversing camera
Panoramic roof
Luggage comartment net
Side window blinds
Auto dim/folding mirrors
Electrically adjusted and heated memory sports seats
Burr Walnut trim
Adaptive Xenons
High Beam Assist - great option this was and only £95 !
Hi-fi loudspeaker system
USB/Audio interface
Sun protection glass
which all adds up to some silly amount in pound notes ops:
I've also put some pics up below of our Audi UK Q7 Loan car that we have while we are waiting for TTR. Very high spec, has most extras on it. Love the look of the front (real get out of my way) and also they way you can lower the suspension right down to get in and out - other than that the X5 is much better is every other way !

The E70 looks much more compact and sporty, than the Q7 whale look.
LMAO.
And what a beauty, in black - wow!

The M Sport really does look great in black...20's are a must on the X5 too, anything else looks under wheeled to me!

I too switched from a 535d to an SD...awesome engine. Are you going to get yours DMS'd ? Must be quite a perforance difference from the chipped 535d as I can notice a big difference and my 535d was standard. My car has done 2500 miles and is noticeably quicker than when I first picked it up.

Thinking about going the DMS route...my dealer is actually running a 535d Touring which they have had chipped for a laugh so they have said I can try that.

I don't know whether it's a coincidence but...
both vehicles' roof rails look very similar(almost the same).
