27.5mpg??? Wow! Is that normal for the diesel? How much higher do you expect it will go after break-in? For comparison I'm getting 15-18 with a still new 4.8...

Congrats on the new ride! Looks cool, and the fuel consumption is pretty good. Then again, its a diesel.

I'm so jealous of the clear headlamps on your X3! I'm sorry, but orange just doesn't work on my white + black bumpers, and I get annoyed at it pretty often (although the 325i sedan's orange reflectors piss me off more).

Thanks Guys...cant wait to take plenty more pics of it!

The 214s are avalible as an option when you spec the dynamic pack here in the uk, the titanium grilles were dealer fit and cost me £72.85 each. The sales guy told me he fitted them the night before himself! ...lol

ill up some more pics of it at the dealer later on today once i get chance to bluetooth them to the laptop.

I know a few people have talked about this before but does anyone know why my IPOD touch will not work with the USB audio Interface..my nano 8gb works a treat... i know its the 6th gen but i was told that BMW had sorted this? anyone else having this problem or currently using their TOUCH or IPHONE?

congrats whoopy-do nice ride
are you planning on installing the aero kit ?
the underside protection bar also looks nice.

Our X5 works great with the ipod touch through the aux in, but does not work with the iphone ????
spoke to dealer about it & they are looking into it for me.

Was thinking about the aero kit ...but i have recently seen the underside protection barts frount and back coloured in the same finish as the titanium grilles and it really did look good! ill try and find a pic of it..

My touch works with the AUX in but not the USB interface ? i heard that there was a software update to the x so the it would work with 6th gen ipods?? are u usning it through the USB or AUX in?

....I am just nipping out now to pick up a DD for the other half, an 08 zafira cdti, bit of an anti climax after the hand over of the X on the weekend!! i know that sounds bad but i really cant be bothered!! ..lol
