Question E70 Adding a heated Steering Wheel

I purchased a 2007 X5 when they first came out and to make a long story short, I thought it was going to have a heated steering wheel and it didn't and now I would like to add a heated steering wheel.

Has anyone added a heated steering wheel or know how to?

It is impossible to retrofit it into your wheel now, so you will need to buy an entire new steering wheel, and even then I don't know if it would work.
Good luck on your search, though!

It has been done in E53, but as true said you definetely need a new wheel to begin with.
