Yeah, that's because, as I said in that thread, BMW Canada has it's shit together a hell of a lot better than BMW NA. Thus for any real world winter tire recommendations I turned to BMW Canada and BMW AG, both of which I posted in that link. All the tires listed are readily available in the USA so unless our snow is significantly different than Canada & Germany, hell it might just be, I think the recommendations are just fine.

I thought that the Canadian wheels/tires might not be available in the US. A lot of the options that are available in other countries are not available here in the US. Thanks for your explanation.
