Angry My Faults with new x5 (5th visit)

had the car since nov 07 (built in feb 07) since then I have had problems with touch keys going mad on main display when sat nav working for more than 1hour- dealer changed face panel reload software) bmw admit problem only faults after min 1hr driving so not sure yet if this has fixed it. steering noises - resloved by dealer creasing a stering bush!! - what on a new bmw! (two visits this took so doubt this is long term solution).

Bad creaks from front dash - (anyone else with this or am i going mad?) - so far they tried packing it out , cutting roof panel back from front windscreen (yes this is true on my £45k baby) - still on going problem.

pdc sensors/paint now failed beep constant in reverse gear )
sun visor - unclips when folded back.

£45,000 car - 5 visits so far in 5months owning, well done bmw......

anyone else with these problems please let me know?
