I've got a 4.4 with the "Y" spoke (211) wheels and am getting ready to purchase an '08 3.0 w/ the sport package.

Will my original 255/50/19 (front) and 285/45/19 (rear) Diamari's mount on the new 19" (212) wheels?

There are lots of threads on this already, run a search, The quick answer is no the wheels will not fit correctly. The tires will probably mount on the new e70 rims though.
