Where to change H8 bulb for angel eyes?

I've got some 4300K H8 halogen bulbs to make the angel eyes less yellow. The manual is telling me the bulb is located in the same cover as the inner high beam bulb but buggered if I can see or feel anything except for the H7 bulb for the high beam. Tried to also have a look around in the low beam area but it is a lot harder to see in there.

Anyone out there done this change before and have some tips or definite idea of where this H8 bulb for angel eyes is located?
