Seriously. How hard is it to find a computer these days and log on to X5World to see what is going on???? A really good customer service person would do that. Especially if they knew that there were issues of this magnitude and the companies already poor reputation was being brought down even further. Give me a break. I was out of the office doesn't really cut it at this point. It is very obvious they don't have things organized over there at Stebro.

I had an email from Dan saying I would have a refund by the end of "next" week. Lets see if they can meet their agreement then, although I am at a lost as to why they cant do a transfer overnight for those that are entitled to a refund. Not great customer service is it?

I think Brent is doing what he can, but get in touch with Dan, he seems to be owner/senior mgmt.

Wire transfer that's how real companies do it!! What's the problem?? Obviously customer service come last with this bunch!!

But they said this last week .. oh it will be next week. Thats not good enough.

Stebro is hanging on to my cash, and I want it back. They dont seem to feel any urgency about returning it.

Well guys, I have sent a final request to Stebro to meet Dan and Brents commitment to refund my money by the end of this week. Its now Thursday night and I haven't heard anything. Tomorrow is Friday and I have offered multiple ways for them to refund me.

Im really tired of this situation and chasing them, hopefully I will have a positive response tomorrow and they will live up to their promises.

I suppose they have done themselves no favors to date and now is the time for them to start remedying the situation.

I'll keep you posted and for all of those that have been PM'ing me - I will contact you directly on my situation.

yeah, really happy with my new system, sorry about the delays, been a huge couple of weeks at work and we have been renovating the house, so its been manic.
i will really try and get some pics and vid up this sunday for you
