Really? Do you have an accoustic chamber to test out your sound how it is out of your garage testing it with very scientific DB meters as in your video? Let's look at what remus does:

Thats a nice room but do you drive in an acoustic chamber? I don't and if there is any one out there that does please get me a video it would great to see. We test our sound based on the human ear and what is pleasing to it. That is a real life test and that is what makes all the difference, what sound good driving down the street not driving in an acoustic chamber.

I merly stated a fact that there are some that perfer our sound over others and we do systems for Porsche (many different models) in fact, once again our customers perfer our sound over stock.

Make it at 1000$ and I'll buy a pair!!! Don't fool yourself, you can't charge imported good, top gun quality prices when you're in North America with average building standards. When I bought my Eisenmann, I was paying for quality, german quality, german craftmanship, hand made, top notch materials and a german name lol...!

On one hand your telling me that other companies have better quality and prices but you want one and want me to come down in price?

Our price is our lowest price I can go. We can't please all but I know when is said and done our customers will be very happy with thier purchase.

That's like saying : Do you drive on a dyno? Why bother?
You referred to those 2 companies as the "other companies that might use stainless steel from mill out of nowhere"...

I'd like to buy from a fellow Canadian entreprise and help the economy here instead of over there in Europe, anyway, what does that matter, I'm a consumer, I'll do whatever I want with my money.

Find a statement where I referred to those companies by name. I know there are more companies than us and the two other companies you mentioned that make exhausts for the X5. It was you that made that connection, the only reason I am responding to this is I want the members of X5 world to know I won't say anything negative about any specific competing company as its not my personal character nor would it be professional.

If you or any member has questions about our product I will be happy to answer them. As you said its your money so do your research on all companies and make your decision......moving on....

They promised delivery last Tuesday, now Tuesday of the followign week
I am now not getting responses from Stebro
I fear the worst now!
If anything chnages, I'll let you know!!!!

Sorry to hear that juicer. I would have never bought anything from them in the first place. It didn't sound like a quality product and with a sketchy CS record, why bother when there are many reputable manufacturers out there at similar or better prices?

have sent numerous emails to various people at Stebro Canada - NO RESPONSE FOR 8 DAY
called Canada this evening - asked for my name then wouldnt take the call, NO RESPONSE yet

I am contacting financial organisations tomorrow to inform of bad charge to my credit card if they do not contact me

I am so disappointed after they started so well

Thanks for posting your experience. This, although upsetting really helps our members stay clear of shoddy and misleading dealers. I know this takes a lot of your time to chase down and rectify. Hang in there. You may want to report this in other forums you may be a member of and call the Better Business Bureau http://www.ccbbb.ca/complain.cfm . We don't need vendors coming here and playing games with our members, making promises, taking money then Houdini out of here. Keep us posted.

Unfortunately, Stebro is living up to their reputation. I was hopeful that with the new staff that things would be different. But it seems like more of the same from them.

If you paid by credit card you can refute the charges and the CC company will credit the purchase back to you. Good luck!

I just got your messages and I looked into the issues. First off as this is my project PLEASE contact me directly via email or pm. Could you let me know who you were talking to so I can correct this issue as you did not contact me.

As mentioned This is my project and my responsibility to over see it. Obviously there has been some kind of communication issues and I will correct it.

All orders have gone out except the ones we just recieved. You should have your orders by weeks end depending on where you live (shipping) Its been my experience with cross border idems that some "big hollow" idems may get looked at a bit closer.
