I still have a job to do until told other wise and I am sure you can understand that. For the most part I agree with you.This has not been a good experience for me either but as mentioned I have a job to do. I know your pissed (and I personally would not be as patient as you) as I said in our private conversation and you have to agree I have gone beyond trying to help you and I think your a better person than to post private conversations on a public fourm. As I said in private I am prepared to help you....just do it the right way.

Not only here but across the community Stebros reputation is irrepairable, and your email comes across as desperate and try-hard. I would just walk away and focus on other things, you have made the situation worse for yourself.

I have so many PM's here from other people with bad experiences, including those of us promised refunds over and over again without a result. I will add that Dan has now stopped responding to my emails, so I have no faith your company will do anything to assist anyone.

Given the poor customer service, inferior manufacturing and delivery of non-areed/ordered parts to myself and others, we are now forced to take other actions to recover our money. I have already contacted the banks and someone on the ground in Ontario has been kind enough to take up the legal position for us.

I will also be posting a detailed summary of communications from Stebro (emails, MSN & PM's) on this forum and other communities to show the, frankly, bullshit, that Stebro spins to con people into a product, lies regarding shipping and the product and unfulfilled promises to refund or assist your customers when things go wrong.

Bottom line - stop posting on this forum and others - you will save yourself further embarrassment and hopefully as a community we can all be saved from the lies, deceit and financial loss that is endemic in Stebro.
