08 x5, how many keys/transmission kick

When I picked up the new o8 x5 at the end of Feb. I was given two programmable keys. Last night on the bmwusa.com site: owners/x508/drivers guides, I found a picture showing you'd receive two programmable and one plastic key. So far my SA hasn't called me back to answer if I was supposed to get the 3rd key, (probably still looking under his desk). How many keys did you 08 x5 owners receive? Of course the plastic one wouldn't work in the ignition but would open the door and back storage area. Thanks!

The car is at the dealers today. It has a periodic "bump" or "kick" in the transmission when coming to a slow stop. Several times it's been hard enough that I've thought I've been rear ended. Of course there's no one there. Service said it probably needed a software update. I'm hoping that update will include a fix for the parking brake problem some people have experienced. The update was rumored to be coming in March. I've been remembering to turn off the engine before activating the parking brake, as recommended by some. We'll see.
