My New Car Arrives in 5 days and counting....UPDATE - ITS HERE
Initial drive impressions are very good, however a more stately and reserved feel than the omnipotent 4.8is I have been driving. I really miss the soundtrack of the 4.8is but this should be solved with the Stebro exhaust. I dont think I'll be lowering it, its just right for me, Im not sure if the US ride heights are different to Australia, but mine seems lower in stock thanpics of some of those here. I did make one mistake - aluminium running boards - they do not go well with the black exterior at all - so they are going!! I have had the ACS interior done yet, nor entertainment/screens, nor exhaust, so I'll keep you posted. One thing I will say - those 215 rims in Ferric Grey on Black are un-feckin-beleiveable!!!!! _________ I have sold the E46 M3, have a white M3 on order, its a few months away. i love the 4.8is so much I cant let it go - so the wife gets this car and I am trading her 2007 323 Msports tourer. And I am getting a new; X5 4.8i Black on Black Sports Pack & Aero body kit 21" Wheels (215 in gunmetal) check them out, scroll down a little Panoramic Roof DVD System, Premium Sound, Sat Nav, USB Audio interface Adaptive Drive & Active Steering Alum running Boards Comfort Access, Active Front Seats & Comfort Seats Heated Seats Car will look a lot like this one I have been tossing up whether or not to go for the black wheels, but Im undecided. Im thinking black on black is too much- any thoughts guys? Black Gunmetal I am currently deciding on the Stebro Exhaust and what audio system to put in the car Any thoughts would be appreciated

I love 215 rims, they are wonderfull. Personnaly, I would prefer Ferric grey which is more original.
