Ask the seller for the VIN number with a photo of the VIN plate. Get a carfax report and also ask your local dealer for a report based on the VIN. Good luck.

I emailed the guy again to ask what size tires are on the vehicle. I will wait for an answer before making a trip to see it in person.

That is what i tought too, i think they ware standard on 3,0 none sports ?

Alas, the seller just emailed and said the vehicle was already sold...I replied and asked if the buyer knew the wheels were not the factory-issue for sport package X5's....so far, no answer. (Ha.)
