Connected Drive in France,For New X5 only ?
Connected Drive (BMW Assist + BMW online) is now available in France.
I bought an X5 (E70) last July. Fully loaded. (all options except hatch)
I really wanted to have this feature activated on my car.
BMW France just called me to tell me that this feature will only be available for car manufactured after March 2008 !!!!!!!!
I can’t believe it ! Why can the software be upgraded or configured ?
This option was available last year in Germany and I do have the 609 and 633 options.
Any help from a French X5 owner will be appreciated.
