efficiency dynamics

just been invited to go for an Efficiency Dynamics test at Local BMW garage. Invitation included a test drive of basic 1 3 and 5 models which I declined.

I thought they would test emissions, engine, tyres etc.

in actual fact all they did was check tyre pressures, engine oil level and told me that if I got rid of my 2 child seats and kept my air conditioning off I would save £70 a year. I could if I so wished save £40,000 over 3 years if I drove a Fiat 500!

They also seemed suprised that I didnt want to buy a new car (mine is 1 year old).

If i hadnt gone to their Efficency test I would have saved £15 diesel and 2 hours of my time.

Dont bother going.

That is so funny! I got the same invite and decided not to go for the same reasons you mentioned above. What a load of crap! Simply a marketing ploy.
