no difference? so the new idrive doesnt change until..2010? by then we should have flying cars!

Agree. And sorta expecting updates to be made to the 2009 during the next year after that...

true, you got a point but its mainly engine wise, i wish they would fix the bluetooth though, the i drive needs some tuning as well. the M package is nothing without the M engine i dont know why batherd, if only an X5 with a 10 celinder and 500 HP that ill be the day

Im assuming I shouldn't hold my breath for the 6cyl to get the twin turbos anytime soon

I think so. They'll probably want to distinguish the 2009 diesel for a year at least.
