Actually, I went to my local wheel shop to visualize how it will look on my E70. In this image, the front is a replica 22" and rear is factory 18". What do you think about it??? |

Mate, these look great ![]() ![]() I always thought that style 168 for the e53 4.8is was a good fit - but in the 22" size I think is a perfect match for the E70... Are you/calix5fan going to pursue them..... if so take pics!! |

![]() Go with staggered look, you can have roughly 3" front lip and 6" rear lip. |

Those are beautiful, can't wait to see pics on your E70. How much did that set you back? The price for $1700 were for wheels and Hankook tires 265/25/22. I had asked non-staggered because I read somewhere that otherwise it might mess with the TPS but I don't know how true that is. I decided I'd get the tires from a local store who has a large tire shop that I've done business with for 13 years, and after I shared that with him he talked me completely out of not only these tires, but the wheels as well. Basically if you get those wheels all around, you're losing height and width on both the front and rear tires. I agreed with him that what makes the X look good is that sporty look , especially with those fat tires in the rear with the stock 20's. He said if I decide to upgrade to wheels, I should stick with tires that are as close to stock as possible - and 22" tires that are nearly as wide as the ones the car came with are very expensive and very hard to find if you ever get a flat. The 265 is like a bicycle compared to what came with the y-spoke 20's. And the wheels being as inexpensive as they are have possibility of vibrating and can mess up the drive. Basically, I was talked out of that deal by someone not trying to upsell me - just people I trust. But if the people who PM'd me still want the contact info on the guys that gave me that original quote, PM me again and I'll get it to you. I'd love to see your E70 on those wheels and tires and your experience and not take that risk

Update: I emailed that original retailer to see how much it would be with wider, staggered wheels and tires. Mentioned that maybe we'll be 2-3 buyers and pay cash. Let's see what happens...
