E70 - weird problem

Hello everyone.

Just picked up my new E70 4.8. Put 200 miles on it and came to the most weirdest problem ever. This is not my first x5, but I've never ever seen anything like that.

This morning I started the car and the lights (LEDs) for seat massage, backup camera and parktronic came on all at once and wouldn't go out. Even when I shut off the car, they are still one. 10 minutes later they start blinking at lighting speed and eventually fade out. Also I've noticed that if you drive the car and once you come to a full stop - trassmission roughly starts kicking in the fist gear and pushes you forward.

If anyone have every experienced something like that - your input will be highly appreciated. Hopeing there is a quick reset. Hate to bring the car to the dealer. Its only 2 days old.

Thank you all.

Michael.
