Some settings are reset after using car again

Hii,

I was wondering if anybody has this problem or I am missing something. Whenever I get back into the car the settings seem to have been refreshed to default (PDC/camera view settings, monitor brightness, heads up display brightness) I always fix the settings with the key inside, but if I either get into the car using CA or if I insert the key the settings do not appear constant.

Anybody had this happen to them or know the procedure in saving settings? Im having an appointment to update all software and fix some issues but thats not until the end of next week.

Also anybody here have any ideas how to get a BMW loaner, they said they can only give one if one is available or returned.

i have the same prob - when i first used the manual key to physically unlock doors from outside... the settings reset. won't do that again!

About the loaner i just asked them when they will have one and i booked an appointment for this thursday. But i'm not sure it will be BMW becuase last time it was a jetta....
