Given that the car is not available in the USA parts would not be readily available. In addition, I believe security vehicles are made by a different division of BMW and parts would not be easily available to the general public.
You could try calling up their security division... check the website for contact info. Quote:

We have 1 customer that frequents my dealer that drives a security edition E38 750i. The rear windows are fixed mount, fronts are about 1" thick (and roll down waaay faster than up)
The guy is a diamond broker I believe...

Very cool in some respects, but all that extra armor makes this thing into a fat, slow pig. Let's see: 0-60 mph is over 8 seconds in spite of the V-8, that's slower than a standard 6-cyl.....Top speed is electronically limited to 112 mph
 . This thing is begging for a twin-turbo V-8...or a supercharger...

I have contacted many dealers and have had no luck. Does anyone know where..or a dealer that has or could get the blue and white LED's in the front grill of the security edition X5?
