New E70 - What do you think?

About to trade the E53 on a Alpine White E70. Only options are activity pack which includes the 7 Seat option etc, memory seat for driver, Tow Bar and running boards. Two questions - Alpine White Yes or No, and is there anyone who wouldn't have traded their E53 for an E70? Thanks

I'm very happy having traded up to E70 after having two E53s. The E70 is just so much more comfortable.

Major improvement-you'll enjoy the E70.
Activity pack - too little rear space - not worth it IMO
Too many white X5s on the road here..........

Cheers,

Do you mean with the 3rd row of seats up? Or do you mean boot space?

I loved me Alpine White E53... I traded it in on an AW E70 and have to agree the new one is so much more comfortable.

Too little seat room and boot space is restricted too.

Cheers,

The third seat is really cramped to use but it depends if you think you will need it occasionally. I have had family visiting and also carrying boy soccer players -- the third row seating has worked out well for that.

As far as Alpine White goes, it is way too common here now in the U.S. -- can't speak for S.A. Also, although there might be some dispute about this, it's a popular color amongst the women here I think the Alpine White works well on the M3... My E70 is, unfortunately, a too common color/colour too -- it's Space Gray and I would purchase another color if I had to replace it.

Yeah, that looks REALLY good! I think that people are going to be looking at the possibilities of retrofitting that to the current E70's.

No regrets here. Very happy moving from E53 to E70.

The third row seat is not for everybody. It's not a peoplemover because of the limited space and leg room but don't listen to people who says they are useless. It worked out for me hauling my daughter's friends to basketball practice or going to Six Flags. Way better than driving a minivan. If I need a real people mover, I would probably get a GL550.

If you don't need the third row, don't get it.
