X5 2008 Brakes Fading away

I have 2008 (3/08) 3.0si X5 but I am not very happy with it's brakes. The problem is that when driving (or parking engine running) the longer I keep on pushing or pumping the pedal the far pedal "fades away" towards floor.

So what I am trying to tell is that the feeling is not comfortable and I feel like cannot 100% trust for the brakes. The braking power however is still ok but it just fades away and makes uncomfortable feeling. The pedal is like when with the old cars when there was air in the pipe system and the other guy was making compression to the pipe system and the other one opened small nut to let the air out: the pedal faded away...

I once already had it in the service to be checked but they did not find anything. And actually they blame there is nothing wrong in the pedal (or brake system) and that all the cars have similar "symptoms", which actually is not the case.
