3rd row seats = no spare tire

don't know about folding completely flush but I believe the answer is yes. Also note that having a 3rd row is supposed to make the 2nd row seats less comfortable / thinner.

Actually this statement is wrong, I have tested both with and without 3rd row and the 2nd row seats are no different. Actually when you order the 3rd row you are able to recline the 2nd row seat in different positions making it more comfortable. .

I am 5''9' and I can fit in the 3rd row just fine. Of course will be fine for a ride to a restaurant or a game, 2hour short drive no problem, anything more I think will be a bit uncomfortable.

If you get the optional third row, the 2nd row seats can be moved forward and backward to adjust legroom between the 3rd and 2nd row, in addition to being able to adjus the reach pitch of the 2nd row.

yes, 3rd row folds completely flat (in fact 2nd row does as well).
in US, no spare tire available if 3rd row ordered

again,
3rd completely fold flat.
run flat tires,
and second row seats are more comfy since they move about more.
