BMW E70 Aero Bars & Thule ProRIde 591

Hello I searched and couldn't see another with this combo. I can't get these to fit. The 'wrap around' Thule brackets are not big enough to wrap around the BMW aero bars. The Thule T-Track bolts are too narrow to grip the inside of the BMW Aero T-Track.

Please does anyone know of an adapter set of bolts, Thule website suggest not and nothing else on the www? Failing this I guess I can ask someone to weld on a bigger square onto the Thule T-Track bolt matching the inside width of the BMW Track

Chris

Not sure exactly what problem you're having.

I have the Thule 450R Rapid Crossroad rack attachment (it has the track in it). Also the Thule RB53 Rapid load bars. Works perfectly.

They are not mounted right now so I can't send you a picture of that but I'm sure you could find the two parts on Thule's site.

Looking at your email again, maybe you have the BMW Aero T-Track (not sure what that is) and you trying to attach a Thule load bar or ski/snowboard/bike rack to it?

I have a Yakima system on my 07 X5 and it works like a dream too. All you need is the LowRider and 58" bars. Works like a dream.
