Hey all this is my first post. I own a X5 35D.
Ok yes its a great vehicle! You can tell its a Diesel, BUT only if your a car person and outside. While inside the car its rather BMWish nice and quiet. 19" wheels on the sport, no spare. 25mpg while breaking in the engine

We have the 20" option on all sport model X5's. Just ordered a 35d M-Sport with 20"s, April 09 production!

X5 Diesel 2009
Took delivery of my 2009 X5 Diesel in the midst of a winter storm while driving from Edmonton to Grand Prairie. The car displayed all the remarkable driving traits of a BMW and performed impeccably.
The IDrive system was not a problem if one actually read the manual and is computer literate. As the car was still being broken in, I did not push it and just cant wait to push it! Would love to trade stories with anyone with experience of the new diesel !
