if you do it yourself at least you can go all-seasons and skip the runflats & twice-a-year swapping of the summer tires. And make some money back on the take-offs. Been there, done that.

Yeah, I posted a few weeks ago letting everyone know no 20" wheel option on the diesel. I just went with the 19" wheels that come on the sport package. I need all season tires for winter. I'm not going to fool around with two sets of wheels. If I could have ordered the 20" wheels, I would have swapped the summer tires for all season tires.

I live in Houston. We use "summer" tires all year long.

Does anyone know if the X5 35d has a spare tire in any form?

Hey all this is my first post. I own a X5 35D.

Ok yes its a great vehicle! You can tell its a Diesel, BUT only if your a car person and outside. While inside the car its rather BMWish nice and quiet.

19" wheels on the sport, no spare.

25mpg while breaking in the engine

There is a spare. They called "space-saver spare". $150 extra.

BTW, Vermillion red is one of the regular colors for diesel but Priority 1 for other models.
