Ok, i tried, pushing the stop bottom for 1 sec turns everything off... cool...

BUTTTT, i cant get the pathway lighting to work!!! in my Merc E-class when i get out of the vehicle the fog lights turn on for 30 seconds, lighting up my path way....

any thoughts!?

rh71, regarding jump starting cars, I've had to jump my x5 (left the lights on accidentally), and jumped another car with a dead battery. Used regular cables, no problems.

Make sure the feature is activated in iDrive. It is under vehicle information/settings.

Pathway lighting will turn on the low beams for 40s by default, one can also adjust the duration.
