Am i nuts or isnt there any high beam lights besides the bi-xenons?

I mean , when i turn the high beams on, only the xenons light up... When i am riding @ night, and turn on the high beams, the bi-xenon sistem works, but there are no normal HALOGEN light comming from the red circle on the pic....

is this normal? shouldt there be high beam light comming from inside the red circle?

Or do i have a defective something....

The red circle light is just so you can flash your lights at someone without starting-up the Xenons.

Sorry, head to the Service Dept. When I took delivery of my first (and dreaded) 2007 E70 Launch Supply (one of the first batch)...The lights in question were not hooked up. Yes, you read that correctly! I couldn't understand why I couldn't see them at night, or especially in the garage or underground parking. I took it to the dealer, and they said that it somehow left the factory not connected. Maybe this is what happened to you, or the contact has been lost. Let us know. Good Luck!

Yes this is normal. The high beam flash is xenon, not halogen. The inner light is only VERY dim and is part of the normal Daytime Running Light function along with the corona rings.
One more thing, do you have the corona rings working correctly? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the rings lit up by the same halogen bulb used for the inner light.

This is one of the most complicated systems I've ever heard of.

We need a re-written manual on this one. Anyone care to summarize?
