Parking Break stuck !

hi
Yesterday the parking break was stock !! and I couldn't released it ! I called the BMW 24 service and they helped me a lot, with out them I wont be able to move the car, the manual book was home

called them to arrange an appointment want to know if that happend to any one here

my car is 2008 4,8i with autohold function.

- any one know what is the emergency breaking function ?? the messag say that the parking break is not working, but the emergency breaking function can be used
