Random weird beeping?

I've been getting random beeping comming from the radio speakers lately.

They seem to happen randomly and always beeps 3 times in the same pattern.
it sounds like.. beep-beep-boooop

I have no warnings on and I'm dying to know why it started beeping lately.

Anyone know what this is ?

Thanks

Do you have an Ipod/MP3 transmitter dock thing that plugs into your cigar lighter? They send a coded beep every once in awhile that you may here above the music. I learned this when mine was doing it and I thought I was going insane.

memo beep is off. hehe That's the first thing I checked. the sound comes from the speaker that is strongest when you are in a call with bluetooth. It's really weird.

GSM (T-Mobile / AT&T Wireless) phones in general will cause interference in systems that aren't shielded well from them, as will iDEN/TDMA (Sprint). CDMA phones (Verizon / Sprint) don't have the issue as prevalently, nor do 3G AT&T Wirelesss / 3G T-Mobile phones.

Back to the topic, the phones would causing buzzing, rather than beeping...and it would be random--unless on a same path every day, and the tower was chatty with the phone. (During low signal and/or tower hand-offs.)

Any way you can record the sound so we can hear it?

Joel
