Has anyone ordered from this vendor?

If so, any feedback? My main concern is that the wheels will not be hubcentric and that I'll encounter vibrations. This tends to be a common occurence with replica wheels. I'm looking for a set of cheap, 19" wheels for my WINTER set-up. I currently have the 20" OEM 214's for my Summer set-up, but these HP tires are not ideal for winter. I need a winter set. Anyone have a set of 19's they want to sell me?
