Thanks. I guess no one seems to be noticing the multiple posts where I mention that I've already sold my X5!

But to answer your question, the cargo liner was great. I removed the tie down hooks because the liner would have rested on top of them and I didn't need them anyway. But if you want to leave them in, there are places marked in the cargo liner that (I assume) are there so that they can be cut out to make clearance for the tie downs. You can see them in the picture...near each corner.
