Exclaimation mark on dashboard... what does it mean?

hi, i was going through a carwash (with guide rails), and i guess half way through i accidently tapped on the brakes and the interactive display on the dashboard showed an exclamation mark for a split second. anyone knows what it means? afterwards i went into idrive to check all control messages and everything is OK. i'm at 930 miles. can't seem to drive enough of this car

by the way it's not that small triangle exclamation mark when you activate DTC. it's a large yellow one that appears at where D and P normally appear. i looked in the manual and wouldn't find it.
