Consideriing Trade in of 04 X5 3.0i for 07 X5 4.8

Hey All,

I'm considering trading in my 04 X5 3.0i for a newer 07 X5 4.8i. Just wondered what you all thought or if anyone with an 07 can give me any ideas as to bugs, problems etc.. My 04 has been so solid, I hate to give it up but I'm looking forward to the V8. Here are the spece for the new one:

2007 X5 4.8i 21k miles

Premium Package, Sport Package, Rear Climate Package, Technology Package, Active vent. seat package, Head-up Display, Heated front seats

They want 49,999 for it, is this a reasonable price?
