I have to agree with watrob (sought of) on the large intakes. If they made them just a tad smaller it's a near perfect package. Tell me that that X dosn't look like one mean sumbitch.
Wow, it must have like 60mm spacers on the rear to have it sitting like that. The rims aren't shabby either. Very tidy overall. Love to go for a run in it, as the driver that is  Interesting their website indicates options for E53's but nothing there  . Meister, do you know what gives ??

 that is the most ugly X5 I have ever seen... I prefer by far the 'underdog-but-major-in-your-face-attitude' of a low profile car with excellent performance over this clearly built-for-looks-only X5... OK it might have a bunch of extra hp available but there's no indication whatsoever that she handles like the sportscar she wants to be fast on a straight line, maybe, but she's gonna have her ass kicked on a winding road... she kinda makes me think of a pony car, pretty fast but handles like crap...
