yes as far as a bol pattern,but will need different tires for sure to match. I saw OEM style 87 on new X5. SO they installed it somehow

E53 rims have a center bore of 72.51, and the E70 rims have a center bore of 74.1; thus, the E53 bore
will be a tad too small. A poster or two here, have had the E53 center bore, bored out with success. a quick perusal via Search Tab has all this info... E70 to E53, works with hub centric rings. E53 to E70 probably needs the bore opened up to spec.
