Notice how the OP has abandoned this thread now that he got busted!

Wonder who makes the Hamann replica/knock-offs! Never seen those before! Wow, those OEM ones hardly have any rubber. That's got to be a stiff ride! Hit a pot-hole and you've got yourself a bent wheel.

Bud, I dont worry so much about the pot holes as I do the damn curbs. Just hit my front left rim this evening... think I wont bother repairing these things. They attract damage like a fly to dogXXXX.

Ride is surprisingly not too bad compared to run flats though I would be lying if I said they were extremely comfortable. But given my weekend toy is a track day sports car with full track suspension set up and all the give of a go kart on steroids, my idea of comfort is a little off centre.

From what I recall when I was last in Singapore, they have very stiff laws on speeding, and just very stiff laws in general. Don't the commercial vehicles have a light on the roof which comes on over a certain speed? Tamper with that sucker and you're out a couple of hundred thousand $$! Very clean place though, I love it. They need some laws like that in North America to straighten out the red necks here!

haha. You are right about the orange light on the commercial vehicles. But surprisingly there are many places to speed.

And yes the place regulates modified cars too... but more the Japanese "too fast too furious guys".

And just a stones throw away and you are in Malaysia where a little greenback ensures the cops dont disturb your high speed jaunts all the way to the international class Sepang race track.

When you are next in Singapore contact me and we can catch up!!!
