Your car is brand new, what's to check? Fill it up and go.

Buy one of these to take along:

Safety Spair (#70005)

Smart Spair 15 Minute Emergency Tire Repair (#SS-PDQ/06)

Are yours the Dunlop Sportmaxx runflats? Look up some places that either carry them or repair them along your route. No spare because of 3rd row or another reason?

That's a good question. Such mobility kits typically only support up to a certain size tire. You should check if your size is supported.

In all seriousness, you should be prepared for a few things that might come up... I would suggest putting together a kit with at least the basics, I would suggest:
- first aid kit
- jumper cables
- tow rope
- cell phone + charger or extra batteries
- flashlight
- warning triangle
- power bars or similar
- warm jacket/sweater + warm cap
- blanket
- flashlights
- extra water
- hose repair tape
- air compressor
- basic tool kit inc swiss army knife
- $100 cash + change
- quart of oil
- collapsible temporary gas container
- gloves (thick & latex)
- some large zip lok bags
- roll of toilet paper
- package of baby wipes

Woo-hoo! 3,000th post!

I have dunlop and 3rd row seat and no spare tire. My only concern is having a flat tire and you can't find a place to fix the tire. Anybody here did experience a flat tire while in a long trip.
