Your Austrian X5 will never passes the California Emmission test.
Just the upgrades on the Emmission alone will cost you thousands of dollars.
Not worth the trouble....

Forward and signal lighting must be replaced. European beam patterns and signal lighting brilliance does not meet DOT requirements.
