It's unlikely at this point that there will be after market options. Time to save up. The BMW dealership in Plymouth does a lot of discounted OEM parts via eBay. Might be worth giving them a call and see if you can negotiate with them. They normally do free shipping too.

"Most" BMW trims simply push in to the dashboard. Easy to put on, trickier to get off. The trims on the doors are more difficult, as you need to remove the door panel to remove the trim pieces ....
BTW .. I've purchased stuff from Roveractive before on Ebay, and they are excellent. Shipping was fast and the item was as advertised and in perfect condition .... which is what you need when buying trim !!
