The car is mine. I have only had it since November when I retired the old one. The driver that hit the car is insured and they are paying.

The company that did the work is one of the few shops that is certified by BWM for collision repair in So Cal. I got the car back the other day and it looks and drives like brand new. It better, I only have 4900 miles on it.

My insurance carrier is USAA. Had them since I was a kid and they have always been great to work with. State Farm is the carrier of the lady that hit us and they still have not approved the work but USAA said get it fixed so I did.
