Are they different - ipod integration kit

Hi,

My 08 E70 does not equip with ipod intergration kit and cd changer. I got an iphone and like to integrate with the factory stereo and steering wheel. I found two OEM kit from two different places but i was wondering are they same or different OEM kit for different purpose.

Anyone had either of them and experience? Can either of these I can do it myself? Does it require reprogramming from the dealer?
