Mine does it too. The dealer told me something about new break pads include a material (don't remember the name) which unfortunately do this noise after a while... my friends x5 does it too... but 1 month is to soon IMO.. mine started after 6 months and 18000 km....

Don't know if the pads are different from this side of the world, but we don't get noise from the brakes after changing them here, and if they do become noisy the customer just returns to have it taken care of. If you already have new pads, rotors and sensor it probably needs to be cleaned and all the contacts/slide points greased with anti-seize.
