few problems with my 09 E70 4.8

Hey guys ill post pics soon, but i have a few problems/ questions...
I got the car yesterday drove it for a bit and ripped the sport mode (SOO FAST MAN BTW) for a little and noticed that im already at less than quarter tank...WTF..my Denali is a 6.0 and doesnt nearly drink as much gassss lol..i expected it to be a gas guzzler but come on really? My IPOD adapter and interface acts up...i have my ipod plugged into the usb and not all my song titles and artists come up even when i access it with the iDRIVE through the songs options..some songs come up as "EGUV" "CGUG" and so on and so forth..any answers/solutions?

What MPG are you getting? If you were ripping around in SM, that's a good explanation as to low consumption, but don't expect better than 12-13 combined average. Plus the engine is new, around 5-10k miles it will break in and MPG will improve.

oh ok, thats the answer i was looking for..i figured it had to be related to the engine being new, as for mpg being 12-13 i expected that buying it and i could live with that being my denali gets 11 haha..

anybody know whats wrong with the ipod interface?

The letters replace the song titles if they are in the wrong format, ie. just coping someone's song through a computer interface, rather than buying them online and going through itunes OR importing them directly from a CD.
