rear climate control - use drivers settings

Is there any way to keep the rear climate control settings the same as the drivers? I know there is the option to use the driver's settins in the menu but I have to reset this ever time I start the car. It doesn't keep the setting.

It should. It only should come unchecked if someone manually adjusts the rear setting.

Thanks. I figured that it was supposed to stay but mine definitely does not. I have started the car, set the check box, stopped and restarted it and the setting is gone...
I have to get my 15k oil change next week so I will have the dealer look at it.
