weird rattle

Very hard to describe this issue but I figured I should ask here before a trip to the dealer. Sometimes I hear a slight rattle at idle...almost like the sound a loose pulley would make. The sound gets louder when I'm driving up the parking garage at work...seems to happen most during the 1st-2nd gear change while turning right.

This doesn't happen all of the time...just most of the time. Happens with AC on or off. If I had to pinpoint an area for the noise I'd say lower passenger side area.
