Key hole plugs?

Anyone make color matched key hole plugs for the X5?

BumperPlugs makes them for porsches, I was curious if anyone offered one for BMW.

don't see the alpine white in the "add a door plug" list... you may have to call... let me know how it goes.

Here is their response:

Door Plug in Carrara White should match ok, but we have not tested the door plugs on all makes/models. Order online anytime. Do not force it. If you have a fitment issue, let us know via email and we’ll walk you through any tips.

I got my plug. You have to cut one of the outer "clips" off with an exacto knife to get it to fit. Color wasn't an exact match (carerra white) but close enough since the piece is so small.

thx for the update, pics if you can - I want to see if it protrudes outward / looks out of place aside from the color.

Not the best picture, but you get an idea. You might be able to tell from my picture, but there is a slight crack in my paint from when I was cutting off the "clip". Make sure you rest the plug on something soft like a towel when you are cutting if off. I would have liked the diameter to be a little larger to cover all of the silver portion, but for $13 it is hard to complain.

Eric at Bumperplugs is a straight shooter with quality products. Well respected among Porsche community.

I have the bumper plugs, but not the keyhole cover. Understand from others that it is a tight fit.
